Parents, Predecessors, and Affiliates Our CEO has operated one business of the type being franchised since August 2011 under DDSZ Inc. d/b/a Thirstiest Fresh Juice and Bob Teas, with a primary business address of 5565 Greenleaf Ave;, Whittier, California' 9Q601. In March 2016. our CEO established bur Affiliate, City Dweller's, LLC, with a primary business address of 5565 Greenleaf Ave., Whittier, California 9060f, and this Affiliate currently operates the business; Our Affiliate does not engage in any Other line of business, has not offered franchises in this line or any other line of business and does not offer products or services to franchisees. We do not have a parent or predecessor.

We do not have a parent or predecessor.

Business Offered

We offer franchises for fast-casual acai and super food bars: under the trademark and! Trade name TRU BOWL SUPERFOOD BAR (the “Business” or ‘-Franchised Business ;'). If you purchase a franchise, you will be the owner of the Franchised Business, with staff to assist in the operations of the Business. Additional staff may be reemployed as' your Business grows. You will provide these services at your own brick and mortar location, You must operate the> franchised business, according to our standards and specifications and sign our standard franchise: agreement (“Franchise Agreement”),

Initial Fees

You must pay us, upon signing the Franchise Agreement a $29,500 initial franchise fee (“Initial Franchise Fee") to own and operate a Thu Bowl Franchised Business. This fee is Uniform, is fully earned when the Franchise, Agreement is signed, and is non-refundable. If you sign an Area Development Agreement (“ADA”) and be one an area developers you will pay us a development fee (“Development Fee") equal to the Initial Franchise.Fee'of $29^500 plus $14,750 multiplied by the number of additional Businesses to be developed. The number of Businesses required by the Development Schedule will be determined by a number of factors, such as the size of the Development Territory, the population of the Development Territory, and your financial capacity and expertise in developing businesses. For your first Business, you must sign the Franchise Agreement for this Business at the same time you sign the.ADA, and we will apply a portion of the Development Fee to pay the Initial Franchise Fee for this Business in full. For each additional Business you develop, we will apply a pro rata portion of the Development Fee toward the Initial Franchise Fee due; and the; balance of the Initial Franchise Fee ($14,750) is payable |n a lump sum when you sign, that Franchise agreement. YOU must sign our then current Franchise Agreement for each Business. The Development Fee is paid in a lump sum when the ADA is signed, is uniform to all developers currently acquiring development rights, 'is not refundable and will not be credited against any other fees paid to us or our affiliates. We base our qualifications on whether or not we will also offer you the opportunity to become an area developer based on your financial resources, your experience in. the industry, your business experience, as well as your marketing and sales plans. There are no other payments to or purchases from us or our Affiliate that you must make before your Business opens.
