Business Description

We are a Texas limited liability company, organized on January 2, 2017, for the purpose of offering MyTaxFiler/GlobalCFOService franchises. Our principle business address is 4512 Legacy Dr., Ste. 100, Plano, TX 75024. We use the trade names “MyTaxFiler and GlobalCFOService” to conduct business. We have offered franchises providing the type of business you will operate since June 12, 2017. We have neither engaged in any other line of business nor offered franchises in any other line of business. Our agent for service of process in Texas is Sudhir Pai who can be reached at 4512 Legacy Dr., Ste. 100, Plano, TX 75024. Our agents for service of process in other states are disclosed in Exhibit B.

Prior Experience

We do not have any Predecessors or Parents. Our Affiliate Global Value Add, Inc. owns the Business System and licenses to us the right to sublicense our Franchisees the right to use the Business System in connection with the offer and sale of Franchises. Its principal place of business is 4512 Legacy Dr., Ste. 100, Plano, TX 75024. Our Affiliate has not offered franchises in our line of business or any other line of business. Global Value Add, Inc., has operated a MyTaxFiler business since October 29, 2008 and a GlobalCFOService business since June 2013.

Business Offered

Our sole business is the offer and sale of MyTaxFiler/GlobalCFOService Franchises and the servicing and supporting of our Franchisees. We do not operate businesses of the type being franchised. We are offering the opportunity to franchise our taxation, bookkeeping and CFO services business. We will provide you with the requisite training on our business methodology, proprietary business software, and basics of taxation and accounting to enable you to provide the highest quality services to your clients. Further, we will help you to market your services. You will operate your MyTaxFiler franchise from a small business location like office condos. If you operate only a GlobalCFOService franchise, you will have the option to operate from a home-office.

Initial Fees

The Initial Franchise Fee for a MyTaxFiler Franchise Business varies as follows: New Franchise, $25,000; Conversion Franchise, $20,000; Veteran Franchisee, $16,0001. The Initial Franchise Fee for a GlobalCFOService Franchise Business varies as follows: New Franchise, $20,000; Veteran Franchisee, $18,0001. The Initial Franchise Fee for a MyTaxFiler and GlobalCFOService Franchise Business varies as follows: New Franchise, $35,000; Veteran Franchisee, $30,0001.

Financing

We do not offer direct or indirect financing. We do not guarantee your note, lease or obligation

Franchisee Revenue and Profit

The FTC's Franchise Rule permits a franchisor to provide information about the actual or potential financial performance of its franchised and/or franchisor-owned outlets, if there is a reasonable basis for the information, and if the information is included in the Disclosure Document. Financial performance information that differs from that included in ITEM 19 may be given only if: (1) a franchisor provides the actual records of an existing outlet Franchisee is considering buying; or (2) a franchisor supplements the information provided in this ITEM 19, for example, by providing information about possible performance at a particular location or under particular circumstances.
