We, our affiiiate, or a third party designated by us'will provide all testing assessment services

Business Offered

The Franchise Agreement authorizes you io use the“AifMD” service marks and trade names;solely to develop and operate;a business, in a designated territory„ which pfovides commercial and residential indoor-environmental samplingTanduSseSsment services utilizing pur, sy stems and operating procedures (the “Franchised-Business”). You are not authorized to use our Marks for any other purpose: We, our affiliate, or a third party designated by uS, will use-the samples and field data you collect to prepare an assessment report on the indoor environment and deliver the assessment report to the customer. You wiH be-licensed to use our logo trade secrets and other confidential information only to operate the. Francliised Business: A copy of the Franchise Agreement that ybu must sign is attached,as Exhibit “B”‘to thiS(Disclosure Document.

Initial Fees

When you sign the Franchise Agreement, you must pay us ah initial ffanchise fee (referred to in this Disclosure.Document as the “Franchise Fee”) for your Protected Territory. The Franchise Fee varies based on the size of the Protected Territory and ranges ffom:$35.000 to;$45.000. The Franchise Fee is payable in full upon signing the Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Fee is nofuhiforrh sihce the size and population, of each Protected Territory varies. Except as -described below, the ffanchise feeds non^refimdable in whole or in.part under any circumstances.

Financing

Neither we nor our affiliates offer any director indirect financing;arrangements to firanchisees. We do. not guarantee any notes, leases or otherobjigations of yours to third; parties

Franchisee Revenue and Profit

The FTC'Si Franchise Rule permits a-frahchisor to-disclbse information about the actual or potential financial performance-of its franchised and/or frarichispr-Owned outlets, ifthere is a reasonable basis.for the information, and the infprmatibn is included in the disclosure-idocument. Financial performance information that differs fi'bm diat included in Item 19 may be given only if: (1) a franchisor provides the actual records of an existing outlet you arexonsidering buying; or (2) a franchisor supplements the informatibn provided in this Item 19, for example, by providing information about performance at a particular location or under particular circumstances.
