We. are a Pennsylvania limited liability company established on March 10, 2015. We conduct business under,our corporate name, Snapology, LLG, and under the .Snapology trade, name and our principal place of business is 1350 Old Pond Road, Bridgeyillej, PA 15228. Our right to utilize the Snapology registered trademark, trade dress; logos, and curriculum and our right to grant franchises utilizing same exists under an exclusive license agreement between us and our affiliate Snapology TP, LLG. Our business is operating the Snapology franchise system and granting franchises to third parties like you to establish an operate, a Snapology Business. We began offering franchises in 2015. Prior to our formation in 20:15, our predecessor Snapology'Community Programs, L.P. entered into license agreements granting third party licensees the right tO deyelop and operate Snapology Businesses. We: have assumed Our Predecesspr's obligations under the license agreements. We do not.have a parent company that owns or controls us. We are not in any other business, we have not conducted business in any other line of business and we have not offered or sold franchises in any other line of business. We do not conduct a business of the typeto be operated by you as a Snapology franchisee. Our registered agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit B of this Disclosure Document.

This affiliate has granted a license to us concerning the Licensed Marks and the System, in connectidn with the license, operation and grant of Snapology franchises and the www.Snapology.com website. You will not directly conduct business witlh this affiliate. Snapology tP, LLC has not in the past and does not now offer franchises ip any lines of business. Snapology Affiliated Services. LLC Ouraffiliate Snapology Affiliated Services, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company established on March 10, 2015. This affiliate does business as 'Snapology of South Pittsburgh' and its principal business address is 1350 Q|d Pond Road, Bridgeville, PA 15228 from which this affiliate uses the Licensed Marks and System in its operation; of a Snapology business in the South Pittsburgh area. You will not directly conduct business with this affiliate. Snapology Affiliated Services; LLG has not in the past and does not now offer franchises in any lines of business. Sisters Operations iSupport. LLC Our affiliate Sisters Operations Support, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company esfablished oh May 23, 2017. The principal business address for this affiliate is 1350 Old Pond Rpad, Bridgeville, PA 15228. You will directly conduct business With this affiliate as Sisters Operations Support-, LLC is our exclusive supplier for certain franchisee marketing programs and is our exclusive supplier for our Snapology Manager business rnanagement system. This affiliate has not in the past and does not now offer frahchises in any lines of business. Snapology International, LLC Our affiliate Snapology International, LLC is a Pennsylvania limited liability company established on May 23, 2017. This affiliate has been granted a license by our affiliate Snapology IP', LLC where this affiliate; offers and sell franchised and. licenses for third parties to use the Licensed Marks and System intemationally Outside of the United States. You will not directly conduct business with this affiliate

Business Offered

We license a system (the 'System') for the operation of a Snapology Business that provides curficulum based programs, eyents and workshops for children and adults, using LEGO brand bricks; K'Nex brand toys, their substitutes and other building toys, robotics, animation, coding and engineering techniques (the 'System Products and Services') using, exclusively, our proprietary curriculum, course guides, program materials and such Other programs, materials, equipment and products that we may designate (the 'Proprietary Curriculum add Materials'). Your Snapology Business may be administratively managed as a home-based business that, if permitted by law, may be administratively managed from your home (an 'Administrative Home Office'), provided that you only offer and provide the System Products and Services of your Snapology Business at authorized schools, third party commercial sites, and community based sites that we authorize and that are located within- your designated operating territoiy ('Third Party Site'). YOU may not establish a permanent presence at Third Party Sites and you may not build put or add furniture and fixtures to. any Third Party Site. Within your designated operating terfitory, we also give you the option to establish a fixed location retail Snapology discovery center from: which you may also offer the System Products and Services of your Snapology Business (a 'Discovery Center'). Within this Disclosure Document we refer to yOur Snapology Business as a 'Mobile Snapology Business' if you elect to operate your Snapology Business exclusively frprh Third Party Sites, and, we refer to your Snapology Business as a 'Mobile Snapolo^ Business Plus Discovery Center' if you eilect to also establish a Discovery Center.

Initial Fees

When you sign a Franchise Agreement you will pay to us an initial franchise fee (the 'Initial Franchise Fee'). The amount of your Initial Franchise Fee will vary depending on the size of your operating territory, as follows: Primary Operating Territory -t

We do not offer direct or indirect financing. We do not guarantee any note, lease or other obligation on your behalf

Franchisee Revenue and Profit
