We have been offering Go Burito Restaurant franchises and Go Burito Restaurant & Bar franchises since April 2016 (unless specifically stated otherwise. Go Burito Restaurant and Go Burito Restaurant & Bar are collectively referred to throughout this Disclosure Document as “Go Burito Franchise” or the “Franchised Business”) We do not own or operate any businesses of the type being franchised We do not offer franchises in any other line of business and we do not engage in any other business activity Our affiliate has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business and is not an approved supplier of any product or service that you must purchase or lease
We offer franchises for the right to establish, promote and operate a Go Burrito Franchise under the terms of a single unit franchise agreement within a specified territory (the “Franchise Agreement”) The franchise offering is for a California-style fast-casual burrito restaurant, operating under the Mark “Go Burrito"which will specialize in the sale of made-to-order burritos, salads, tacos, quesadillas, desserts and other menu items and merchandise, as we may periodically authorize, to the general public (collectively, “Burrito Products”) Go Burrito is a burrito hangout where we celebrate burritos “the size of your head ” Go Burrito stands apart from our competitors with its optional bar concept, Caribbean beach theme, fresh ingredients, healthy choices, homemade salsa bar, “wet” burritos, unique burrito mixing technique, and grilling burritos Many Go Burrito restaurants will have a limited alcohol offering (beer or beer & wine) or a full-service alcohol offering (beer, wine and liquor)
You must pay us an initial franchise fee of $30,000 for the right to establish a single Go Burrito Franchise under a Franchise Agreement This fee is the same for a Go Burrito Restaurant and a Go Burrito Restaurant & Bar The initial franchise fee is payable in a lump sum when you sign the Franchise Agreement, is imposed uniformly on all franchisees, and is not refundable under any circumstances The initial franchise fee is used in part for working capital and in part for profit We will allocate portions of the initial franchise fee as follows $5,000 towards start-up assistance with your architect, contractor and approved suppliers, $3,000 towards classroom training, $3,000 towards kitchen and manager training, $1,500 towards printed manuals and training materials, and $7,500 towards onsite assistance for your grand opening
We do not offer direct or indirect financing We do not guarantee your note, lease or obligation
we do not make any representations about a franchisee's future financial performance or the past financial performance of company-owned or franchised outlets We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet If you receive any other financial performance information or projections of your future income, you should report it to the franchisor's management by contacting Mikey Wetzel at 124 East Innes Street, Salisbury, North Carolina, 28144, and (980)'330-l 155, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies
