Hilton Franchise Holding LLC is a Delaware limited liability company, formed in September 2007.  For purposes of this franchise offering, they do business under the names “Conrad” and “Conrad Hotels and Resorts.” Their principal business address is 7930 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 1100, McLean, Virginia 22102. They became the franchisor of Conrad hotels for all locations in the 50 states of the United States of America, its Territories and Possessions and the District of Columbia on March 30, 2015.

The total investment necessary for a typical 300-room Conrad hotel, excluding real property, is $117,904,500 to $435,522,000, including up to $632,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates.
