We are an Oregon limited liability company formed on April 12, 2017. Our principal business address is 3 Centerpointe Dr., Suite 160, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, and our telephone number is (503) 579 1000. We conduct business under our corporate name, ClearFP Franchising, LLC, and the names Clear Financial Partners and ClearFP. We do not conduct business under any other name.
Two Types of ClearFP Advisor a Brokerage Advisor (i) applies to be a registered industry advisor representative and investment adviser of the Brokerage or (ii) sells insurance products through the Brokerage (see Item 8). A Non Brokerage Advisor uses suppliers other than the Brokerage. Franchise Disclosure Document Initial and Annual ClearFP System Fee the Initial Fee (for the initial one-year term) is $5,000 for Non-Brokerage Advisors and $3,000 for Brokerage Advisors. The Annual Fee (for subsequent terms) is also $5,000 for Non-Brokerage Advisors and $3,000 for Brokerage Advisors. This fee includes all coaching. This fee is considered earned on receipt, and is not refundable. This fee can be reduced using the ClearFP recruitment incentive, as follows; for each new Advisor that is referred by you, you receive a discount of One Thousand Dollars ($ 1,000) for each full year in which the recruited Advisor remains an Advisor in good standing with ClearFP, up to a total potential discount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000). Your license to use the ClearFP System and the ClearFP marks does not become effective until we notify you that you have satisfied all of the pre-opening conditions set forth in the ClearFP Advisor Agreement.
