Corporate Structure
Five Star Painting, Inc. is a Delaware limited liability company. They were incorporated in Nevada in 2007 as “Five Star Franchising, Inc.” They changed their name to “Five Star Painting, Inc. on June 17, 2010. Effective January 1, 2016, they were converted from a Nevada corporation to a Delaware limited liability company. They maintain their principal place of business at 1010-1020 North University Parks Drive, Waco, Texas 76707. They have offered franchises since September 2007.
Investment and Franchisee Fees
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a FIVE STAR PAINTING® franchise ranges from $69,700 – $179,250. This includes $41,250 ($40,000 Minimum Initial Franchise Fee plus $1,250 Software System enrollment fee) that must be paid to the franchisor and its affiliates. It does not include fees for additional territory (beyond 150,000 – 200,000 population), for which we charge $200.00 per 1,000 population.
