We were incorporated on May 9, 2018. Our principal business address is 1468 Graves Avenue, El Cajon, CA 92021. We offer a Franchise Agreement for the development and operation of a restaurant at a specific location, which is within a protected territory. This is the first time we have offered franchises of the type described in this Disclosure Document and we have never offered franchises in any other line of business. Our agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit B.
Greek Chicken franchise is a system developed for the establishment and operation of a fast casual restaurant devoted to the preparation and sale of freshly made sandwiches, plates, salads and related food and beverages. Our philosophy is centered on preparing high quality food while providing superior customer service for guests who seek affordably priced lunches and dinners. This business operates year-round and is typically located within shopping centers, malls or free-standing structures. Each restaurant offers a wide variety food made from fresh meat and vegetables using fresh ingredients incorporating our proprietary sauces and recipes all of which is complimented by side dishes and beverages. A Greek Chicken Franchise will offer its guests counter service, take-out, drive thru and seating. We may authorize the sale of additional products and services in the future such as clothing with our name imprinted on them.

Upfront Franchise Fees
Minimum: $10,000 Maximum: $10,000
Upfront franchise fees are the one-time payments required to secure rights to operate under an established brand, typically ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+ depending on brand value.
These fees grant access to proprietary business systems, training programs, intellectual property rights, and often territorial exclusivity—essentially purchasing the blueprint for a proven business model.
While separate from ongoing royalties, investors should evaluate these fees against expected returns, comparing fee-to-earnings ratios across opportunities and assessing how effectively franchisors reinvest these funds into system improvements.
Total Investment Costs
Minimum: $690,570 Maximum: $889,250
Ongoing Fees
Ongoing franchise fees, typically structured as royalties ranging from 4-8% of gross sales, represent the continuous payments franchisees make to maintain brand affiliation and support services.
These recurring fees fund the franchisor's operational assistance, marketing initiatives, technology updates, and continued brand development—creating a partnership where the franchisor's revenue grows alongside the franchisee's success. In addition to royalties, franchisees often contribute to national advertising funds (usually 1-3% of sales) and may incur technology fees, supply chain markups, or renewal fees depending on the franchise agreement.
Investors should carefully analyze these ongoing costs within their financial projections, as they directly impact profit margins and cash flow throughout the entire franchise relationship.
