Such Vehicle Rental Businesses are conducted (or are franchised to be conducted) under a plan of system (the “System”), which is identified by the “HERTZ” mark and Other related Proprietary Marks (defined below) (“Hertz Businesses” and each, a “Hertz Business”), In this Disclosure Document, we mayrefer to yotir Hertz Business as “Your Hertz Business.” The distinguishing characteristics of the System include: distinctiye exterior and interior design, decor and furnishings, training and assistance, information advice, and services relating, among other things, to methods of marketing, record keeping, reporting, advertising and sales promotion, uniform standards and specifications for equipment, a reservations service, the “Rent It Here- Leaye it There” program permitting one-way rentals, the Hertz #1 Club, #1 Club Gold and the Hertz Ultimate Choice programs, and other programs and services, all of which may be Changed, improved and further developed by Us.
