We were organized as a limited liability company in Indiana on January 17, 2008 to offer Hot Box Pizza franchises. Our principal business address is 6551 Carrollton Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46220. We do business under our corporate name and the name Hot Box Pizza. We have offered franchises since 2008. We franchise the right to operate a pizza store offering dine-in, take-out and delivery of specialty pizzas, customized pizzas, and breadstix and dipping sauces. Each pizza store will have a distinctive and youthful décor setting allowing customers a view of the outside, televisions hosting news and sports, music being played for the enjoyment of customers, or the kitchen where they can watch the cooks prepare their pizza. The franchise or franchised pizza store does business under the trade name and service mark Hot Box Pizza, and also uses our other related service marks, trademarks or logos (our 'Marks'). The franchised pizza store typically requires between 1,400 to 2,600 square feet and is usually located in a heavily populated thoroughfare near a city food district of a dense residential area. The franchise operates using our standards, methods, procedures and specifications, called our 'System.' We do not operate a business of the type being franchised. We have never offered franchises in any other line of business. We are not involved in any other business activities.
