LeanFeast® is a system developed for the establishment and operation of a food preparation business that is devoted to the preparation and sale of freshly made breakfast, lunch and dinner meals that are ready to heat-and-eat. Our philosophy is centered on preparing high-quality healthy food for anyone seeking fully prepared meal packages that can be picked up or delivered and are affordably priced making it simple and convenient to eat a healthy meal. This is a food preparation business that operates year-round out of a commercial kitchen which is typically located within a retail strip mall, shopping center or free-standing structure with high visibility (all of which must be approved by us). Each LeanFeast® offers prepared meal packages made from scratch using fresh ingredients incorporating our proprietary recipes, sauces and marmalades that are ready to heat-and-eat. A LeanFeast® Franchise will offer pickup, delivery, counter service and limited seating for all made to order meal packages that includes: breakfast meal packages (which include a combination of meats, egg whites, protein pancakes, vegetables, etc.), lunch and dinner meal packages (which include a combination of meats, carbohydrates, vegetables, etc.), a variety of our signature items (which is a unique combination of pre-determined lunch and dinner meal packages), vegetarian and vegan meal packages, feast packages (which have discounted pricing for large quantities of pre-determined meals), meal planning packages (which are meal packages for each day of the week), children's meal packages, a wide selection of proprietary smoothies and non-alcoholic beverages (such as: bottled water, energy drinks, juices, teas, etc.) and a walk-up quick-serve style counter for customers who can choose how their meal is prepared to immediately eat on the premises in addition to offering catering services and limited retail items for sale (merchandise such as apparel, meal prep bags and novelty items) and other food and beverage-related products or services approved by us.

Upfront Franchise Fees
Minimum: $6,114 Maximum: $8,950
Upfront franchise fees are the one-time payments required to secure rights to operate under an established brand, typically ranging from $20,000 to $100,000+ depending on brand value.
These fees grant access to proprietary business systems, training programs, intellectual property rights, and often territorial exclusivity—essentially purchasing the blueprint for a proven business model.
While separate from ongoing royalties, investors should evaluate these fees against expected returns, comparing fee-to-earnings ratios across opportunities and assessing how effectively franchisors reinvest these funds into system improvements.
Total Investment Costs
Minimum: $277,940 Maximum: $499,150
Ongoing Fees
Ongoing franchise fees, typically structured as royalties ranging from 4-8% of gross sales, represent the continuous payments franchisees make to maintain brand affiliation and support services.
These recurring fees fund the franchisor's operational assistance, marketing initiatives, technology updates, and continued brand development—creating a partnership where the franchisor's revenue grows alongside the franchisee's success. In addition to royalties, franchisees often contribute to national advertising funds (usually 1-3% of sales) and may incur technology fees, supply chain markups, or renewal fees depending on the franchise agreement.
Investors should carefully analyze these ongoing costs within their financial projections, as they directly impact profit margins and cash flow throughout the entire franchise relationship.
