We do not operate any businesses similar to the Franchised Business, Maid Right Unit Franchises are businesses that provide residential cleaning services and related services. Each Maid Right business must operate in accordance with our ‘‘System", The distinguishing characteristics of the System include among other things, uniform standards and procedures for business operations and managenient; procedures and strategies for marketing,, advertising and promotions; signage, vehicle wrapping, inventoiy and materials; methods and techniques for inventory and cost control; the Marks; the Operations Manual; uniform standards, specifications and procedures; record keeping, accounting, billing, collections and account management; all of which are designed to enhance the business and managerial aspects of tiie residential cleaning business.
