The first concept store was built and opened in June 2018 at 2001 Gbit Road, ;Suite 166, Plano, Texas 75075 by our affiliate M Matcha, LLC (“MM”), follbwed by a second store in November 2018 at 9889BeIlaire B!vd., Suite D 220, Houston, Texas 77046.
We offer and grant franchises to operate a Meccha Matcha Shop selling premium Japanese matcha beverages including tea, smoothies, lattes in addition to matcha Asian sweets, ice cream, and parfaits. The beverages, products, and services provided by Meccha Matcha Shops are marketed to the general public from a single location (“Franchised Location”). Meccha Matcha Shops operate under the name “Meccha Matcha” using the service mark Meccha Matcha service mark and related trade names and trademarks (“Marks”) and the Franchisor's proprietary methods of doing business (the “Licensed Methods”). As a Franchisee, you will operate your Meccha Matcha Shop according to the terms and conditions of our Franchise Agreement and in accordance with our Operations Manual, using only those supplies, equipment, ingredients, recipes, signs, décor, music and methods described therein.
