The characteristics of our soccer program include: a license to use the Marks as described in this Franchise Disclosure Document for the operations of the franchise; approved soccer equipment; research techniques; marketing techniques; templates; materials (brochure, poster, flier, business card); the MIGHTY KICKS website; online registration; the MIGHTY KICKS Operations Manual (“Operations Manual”); curriculum; record keeping; and consultation as such resources are changed, improved and further developed by us. MIGHTY KICKS targets its franchise marketing efforts to professional soccer players, soccer clubs, and others with significant soccer experience who have experience working with young children.
