We offer franchises for the right to operate a residential and commercial real property inspection business under the Morrison Plus Property Inspection Marks and using our distinctive operating procedures and standards in a designated area (the “Franchised Business”). The Franchised Business will provide comprehensive residential and commercial real property inspection services and reports for real estate purchasers and sellers. These services include, but are not limited to, inspection of a property's roof, foundation, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fireplaces, pools, and spas. If qualified, your Franchised Business may offer light industrial inspections, including inspection of warehouses, shopping centers, office buildings, restaurants, and medical facilities. If qualified, you may also offer ancillary services, which includes mold inspections, sewer inspections and infrared thermography. The distinguishing characteristics of the Franchised Business include, but are not limited to, our distinctive and uniform trade dress standards, service standards, client communication standards, and standards for management, training, and marketing, all of which may be changed, improved or further developed by us at any time (the “System”).
