Nihi Foods, Inc. has a principal business address of 45656 Ford Road, Canton, Michigan 48187. Nihi Foods, Inc. does not provide products or services to our franchisees. Our affiliate, Nihi Distributing, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ours that is the Designated Supplier for several products required to be used by franchisees in our System, including without limitation, dry ingredients and spice packets and an Approved Supplier for other products required to be used by franchises in our System, including uniforms (if available). Nihi Distributing, Inc. has a principal business address of 6321 Commerce Drive, Westland, Michigan 48185. Nihi Distributing, Inc. does not conduct the type of business being offered to franchisees and does not offer franchises in any line of business. Since 2020, our affiliate, Pizzawala's Franchising, Inc. has offered franchises for the establishment of a Pizzawala's restaurant, a fast-casual restaurant that features carry out authentic Indian pizza with a wide variety of menu items. Pizzawala's Franchising, Inc. has offered franchises since 2020. As of December 31, 2021, Pizzawala's had 1 unit open and operating, which is owned by our affiliate Desi Pizza Curry on Crust, Inc. since 2012.
