As a Plumbing Doctor franchisee, you will own and operate a local plumbing business using our systems, trade dress and service marks. As a franchisee you will typically make calls on private residences and commercial establishments to provide all types of plumbing and plumbing repair services as well as sewer and drain cleaning services, while operating from a specially equipped van or truck. You will typically receive plumbing service jobs from our Franchise Dispatch Center and from customers directly. You must personally operate the business, unless you have a designated Business Manager who has successfully completed Plumbing Doctor training (Franchise Agreement, paragraph 6.1). You must be honest and competent. You must offer emergency service and meet our standards for timely communication and response.
