Our agents for service of process are listed in Exhibit A. We do business under the name 'Pure Fitness,' 'PureFitness,' 'Pure Fitness Franchising,' and under no other names. We do not directly operate the type of businesses being franchised; however, some of our affiliates operate similar businesses as further described in this Item 1. We have been offering franchises of the type described in this Disclosure Document since the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document. We have never offered franchises in any other line of business. We do not engage, and have never engaged, in any business activities or any other line of business other than as described in this Disclosure Document
