Our principal place of business is 21580 Atlantic Boulevard, Suite 100A, Sterling, VA 20166. Our agents for service of prbcess are listed in Exhibit A. We began offering franchises for RMS Offices in October,2006 outside Florida. As bf December 31, 20lS, we, had one franchised RMS Office and one affiliaterowned RMS Office in operation^ We ihave also offered franchises in the state of Florida since October 2006 under the Royal Maid Service mark. We and our affiliates do not operate any Royal Maid Service businesses. As of December 31, 2018, we had 28 franchised Royal Maid Services businesses operating in Florida. We havemever offered franchises :ih any other line of business.

RMS Office employees are fully yetted, thorbughly trained, and committed to customer service and professionalism. RMS Offices are licensed, bonded, and insured and offer a' 100% satisfaction guarantee fbf clients. RMS Offices Offer a variety of professional cleaning services including residential house cleaning, moving ih/moving out, sprihg/fall cleaning, business deariirig and one time cleaning. RMS Offices operate according to a distinctive formati appearanee, and set specifications and operating procedures (“System”). The System includes include our trade secrets and other intellectual property, brand standards, cleaning methods, policies and procedures fortheselectiorcof cleaning supplies and equipment pricing guidelines, tfaihirig programs and materials, service quality and customer satisfaction standards and programs, community involvement activitleSi technology systems and assistance with advertising, promotion, public relations, and social media programs; our operatibns'manual arid system standards, and mai^keting, advertising, publicity, public relations and other promptionaj materials and programs; all of Which we may change, improve, and further develop from time to time. Our mandatory and recommended standardSi policies and procedures are represented in our confidential arid proprietary operations manual (the “Manuar), which w/e will make available to you during the term of your Franchise Agreement. We have the right to change the Manual and the elements of the System at any time without consultation with you. If you are awarded a franchise, you will sign; our Franchise Agreement, the Current fbrm of which is attached as Exhibit Bito this disclosure document, and you will pay the Initial Franchise Feethat is described in Item 5. Uridbr the Franchise Agreement, you will receive a license to utilize our System and our service mark “Regal Maid Service" and our'lbgo, as well as related trade rtames, service marks, trademarks, logos, emblems, and indicia of origin (the “Proprietary Marks”)sand certain copyrights and cPpyrighted materials (the “Works”). We and our affiliates may modify the Proprietary Marks and the Works from time to time. You will operate ybur RMS Office;from a;central office site that we must review and accept (“Office ILocatioh”). RMS Offices! are typically located in office parks, office buildings, and Similar office locationswith adequateistorage and appropriate parking fpr the Offices vehicles Virtually any type;of office structure; could be; suitable for an RMS Office, subject to; our site-selection criteria. Office facilities' typically range in size from 400 to'800 square feet. A home office rs not suitable for an RMS Office; We-anticipate that you will lease rather than build your office.
