We conduct business under our corporate name and the name SPEED QUEEN. We do not conduct business under any other name. Our agents for service of process in the states that require franchise registration are listed in Exhibit E. We currently do not own or operate any Speed Queen Stores, however we reserve the right to do so in the future. We began offering franchises for Speed Queen Stores in May 2019. We have never offered franchises in any other line of business.
