We are a Texas limited liability company, incorporated on March 22, 2018. We do business under the same name as our corporate name “SOS Franchising, LLC” and may also use the name “Success on the Spectrum” or “Nichole Daher.” Our principal business address is 8181 Commerce Park Drive, #726, Houston, Texas 77036. We operate and sell franchises for the operation of a business known as “Success on the Spectrum” (the “Business,” “Franchise” or “Franchised Business”). We offer a franchise agreement (“Franchise Agreement”) for the operation of a mental health therapy center that offers and performs various types of behavior modification services for children and young adults with autism, within a protected territory. This is the first time SOSF has offered franchises of the type described in this Disclosure Document, and SOSF has never offered franchises in any other line of business. Our agents for service of process are disclosed in Exhibit B.
