We are in the business of offering and awarding franchises for the right to independently own and operate a franchised Store (each, a 'Franchised Business') that utilizes our then-current proprietary marks (the 'Marks') and business operations system that we and our affiliates have developed (the 'System'), as disclosed more fully below in this Item. Except as provided in this Item, we do not offer franchises in any other line of business, and we are not otherwise involved in any substantive business activity. As of the Issue Date, we and our affiliates operate a total of one Store that is operated in a substantially similar manner as the Franchised Business being offered in this Disclosure Document utilizing the Marks and System (the 'Affiliate Stores'). The Store we operate is located in Slinger, Wisconsin.
