Your SOCCER POST Store will offer and sell nationally advertised, name brand soccer equipment, athletic footwear and apparel and related sportswear, accessories, products and services, which may include certain private label items of Elite and/or another affiliate and 8 products and services related to other sports utilizing the Proprietary Marks. The market for such products and services is developing and growing. The sales at SOCCER POST stores are seasonal, including general retail seasonality and sports seasonality. You will offer the SOCCER POST Store's products and services to the general public from the premises of the SOCCER POST Store (“Premises”) and off-premises at certain promotional events. You will compete with other retail, wholesale, discount and outlet sporting goods and department stores and franchises located in strip centers, free-standing units, and regional malls which offer soccer and other sports equipment, athletic footwear and apparel and related sportswear, accessories and services, some of which may be nationally advertised, name brand items. You will also compete with businesses offering similar services through catalogs and via the Internet.
