We do business under our corporate name and our trade name WISE COATINGS. Our agents for service of process are listed in Exhibit B to this disclosure document. We have no parent. Our affiliate, Wise Coatings, LLC (“WC”), an Oregon limited liability company, was formed on October 29, 2020. WC currently operates a floor coatings services company similar to the business franchised under this disclosure document in Portland, Oregon under the WISE COATINGS marks. WC shares our principal business address and has never offered franchises in any line of business. Our affiliate, PolyWise LLC (“PolyWise”) was formed on April 13, 2021 and sells certain equipment, supplies, materials, and tools to the System. PolyWise shares our principal business address. PolyWise has never offered franchises in any line of business.
