We, our parents and our affiliates have our principal place of business at 11200 Broadway Street, Suite 2731, Pearland, Texas 77584. We were formed on June 30, 2020. We conduct business under the name and mark “XP League” and related names, marks and slogans. We are a franchising company which promotes and sells franchises for the operation of XP League Divisions. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, we and our affiliates do not own or operate a division of the type being franchised. We have not offered franchises in any other line of business, and we are not engaged in any business other than selling franchises for XP League Divisions. We have offered XP League Divisions since September 2020. Our agent for service of process is David Graham. His principal business address is 11200 Broadway Street, Suite 2731, Pearland, Texas 77584. If we have an agent for service of process in your state, we disclose that agent in Exhibit A.
