Business Description

We are a Delaware limited liability cornpany that was formed on January 1,2011, We do business under the name Disaster Kleenup International, LLC. Our principal business address is 25 Northwest Point Blvd., Suite 1000, Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007. We conduct business; under the principal name and mark “DKI” and under the secondary slogan “Disaster Kleenup.”

Prior Experience

As of January 1,2011, we arid most of our affiliates were rcrorgaiiized as Delaware limited liability companies. As such, we began offering franchises of the type offered by this.Disclosure Document in January 2011; however, the franchises were then called “memberships.” We have not offered franchises (or “memherships”) in any other line of business.

Business Offered

We sell franchises in the United States to existing business persons Who currently operate disaster restoration businesses. “Disaster restoration businesses” provide property damage mitigation and/or reconstruction in the event of fires,, floods, earthquakes and other casualties. As described above, we and our predecessor previously offered franchises under the DKI system as “memberships.” Generally, we do not offer a start-up program to persons without experience, desiring to start a hew business in the disaster restoration industry, but rather we intend and expect that our franchisees will be experienced business persons with an established business having; annual gross revenues of at least $3,000,000 (and with gross revenues of at least $5,000;000 for those persons operating within any of the 50 largest “Metropolitan Statistical Areas” (“MSAs”), as defined by the United States Office of Management and Budget). The level of gross revenues earned by a franchisee Will have already been established by the franchisee prior to joining our organization. All new franchisees must have an established reputation in their marketplaces for high quality service, professionalism, teamwork and integrity. Except as to the operations of our other affiliates that serve as suppliers to the disaster restoration industry, neither we nor any of our affiliates have operated any business of the type being offered. Initial Fees

When you sign your Franchise Agreement^ you will pay us an Initial Fee, which will be calculated based upon the Franchise Teititbry allocated to you. A “Franchise: Territory” consists of a county, or portion of a county, based on population,allocated to you within your Franchise Territory. Population shall be determined by us, using the most recently available estimate by the United States Census Bureau. We reserve the right to limit the size: of your Franchise Territory to correspond to a certain population, as we may determine. For a Tranchise Terr itory having a populat ion of over one million, a minimum of two franchises will be allocated. If you: are an existing DBQ Franchisee and you wish to purchase additional Franchise Territoryj you will Sign a rievv Franchise Agreement and pay half of the Initial Fee based on the rate in our then current Franchise Agreement The Initial Fee paid by ybii is non-refundable.

Neither we nor our affiliates offer you any direct or indirect financing arrangements. Neither we nor Our affiliates guaranty any notes, leases, or other obligations you make

Franchisee Revenue and Profit
