Pincho Factory is a fast casual gastro-pub restaurant that offers a variety of fresh and creative all American and Latin American influenced hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, skewers, pita wraps, rice bowls and salads. PINCHO Restaurants offer on-premises dining and carry-out.

Our fresh ingredients create flavorful combinations that will make you feel good about eating out. Pincho Factory serves up delicious Latin American-inspired street foods with an American twist, including our signature Fresh Angus Beef Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches made from scratch in-house daily and served on a warm brioche bun, Latin Skewers marinated in spices & citrus juices then grilled over an open flame grill; Hot Dogs wrapped in bacon and topped with homemade chili or sauerkraut; Pita Wraps filled with sliced chicken breast seasoned with cilantro pesto sauce or house roasted vegetables; Rice Bowls packed full of flavor from your choice of proteins like spicy smoked pulled pork or chicken tinga (shredded Mexican style stewed chicken) along with black

Pincho Factory Franchise, LLC is a Florida limited liability company that was formed on April 9, 2014. Their principal business address is 95 Merrick Way, Suite 500, Coral Gables, FL 33134. We have offered franchises since July 2014. From July 2014 to March 2019, they offered the same franchise offered under this disclosure document, but under the name and mark “Pincho Factory.” They started offering franchises under the “PINCHO” name and mark in March 2019.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a PINCHO franchise under a franchise agreement is $463,055 – $655,500. This includes $30,000 that must be paid to the Franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a PINCHO franchise for the first restaurant if you sign an Area Development Agreement, which requires a minimum development of 3 PINCHO Restaurants, is $523,055 – $715,500. This includes $90,000 that must be paid to the Franchisor or affiliate. If you and the franchisor agree to the development of more than 3 PINCHO Restaurants, then your initial total investment for the first restaurant will increase by the number of additional Restaurants to be opened under the Area Development Agreement, multiplied by $30,000.
