Royalties and Marketing Fees

Royalties : 5% of Gross Sales for all Product & Services.

Royalties : Franchisor charges a Marketing Fee. Franchisee is required to pay Marketing Fee on a monthly basis equal to three percent (3%) of the corresponding monthly Gross Sales on the first $500,000, two percent (2%) from $500, 001 to $1,000,000 and one percent (1%) on Gross Sales over $1,000,000 in a calendar year.
