Investment and Franchisee Fees

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a WATERIA franchise is in the range of $91,449 $144,199 [see Item 7]. This range includes the franchise fee of $20,000.00 that must be paid to us [see Item 5] and an initial rent/security deposit for the business location but does not include the rent over the life of the business location lease.
