The franchise being offered consists of the right to use a trademarked dental bridge implantation system and contract with expedited production laboratories owned by our affiliate, that fabricate products branded as “Teeth Tomorrow.” Use of the franchisor affiliate’s laboratories results in the rapid delivery of high quality temporary bridge implants, after which permanent bridge implants made of Prettau® Zirconia materials will be fabricated to the dentist’s specifications. The System includes education materials on the protocols typically used in installing the dental bridge implants, access to techniques and methods of promotion, advertising, marketing and public relations materials, the right to contract with our affiliate’s laboratories for the expedited fabrication of the bridge implants and corresponding Marks including the use of the brand “Teeth Tomorrow.” This franchise opportunity is being offered only to licensed dentists with an existing dental practice.
