Royalties : You must pay us (i) 4% of all Non-Fuel Gross Sales up to and including Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) per month (the ?Threshold Amount?) and 0.4% of all Non-Fuel Gross Sales in excess of the Threshold Amount; and (ii) $.003 on each gallon of Motor Fuel sold at your TA Center or TA Express Center

Royalties : $3,000 per month
