Royalties and Marketing Fees

Royalties : 7% of Gross Sales from the Franchised Business for up to 1 million in Gross Sales; 6% of Gross Sales in excess of 1 million and up to 2 million; 5% of Gross Sales in excess of 2 million.

Royalties : Up to 4% of Gross Sales; currently 1.25% of Gross Sales per week up to $12,000 per year, plus $350 per month, where the total of both each month does not exceed 4% of Gross Sales
