It has been in the business of selling real estate franchises since 2007. EXIT Realty Corp. USA has no predecessors. EXIT Realty Corp. USA has never offered franchises in other lines of business. EXIT Realty Corp. USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of EXIT Realty Corp. International, further described below. EXIT Realty Corp. USA has no company owned Franchises.
