We operate under our corporate name and the trademarks described in Item 13 (the “Marks”) and no other name. We hold a Master Franchise Agreement with Franchise Investments LLC, a Delaware Corporation (located at 49 N federal Hwy #331 Pompano Beach, FL 33062) which allows us to sell and operate franchises in all US States Franchise Investments, LLC, is described further below. If we have an agent in your state for service of process, we disclose that agent in Exhibit A.
