Corporate Structure
CMIT Solutions, Inc. incorporated as a corporation under the laws of the State of Texas on December 11, 2009 with the name CMIT Operating, Inc and subsequently changed their name to CMIT Solutions, Inc. They maintain our principal place of business at 500 N Capital of Texas Hwy, Bldg 6, Suite 200, Austin TX 78746.
Royalties and Marketing Fees
Royalties : 6.0% of revenue
Royalties : For the first 12 months following your completion of the initial CMIT Solutions franchise training, MDF contribution will be calculated as a straight 2% of GPS and not subject to any minimum payments. After those first 12 months, the MDF contribution will be calculated by a sliding scale of 2% to 1% of GPS revenue, or the minimum MDF contribution, whichever is greater. (See Footnotes 1, 2 and 4). The Fund Contribution for multiple territories under a Multi-Unit Agreement will be calculated on a partially aggregated basis.
Royalties : To be determined by members of the cooperative, but not to exceed $1,000 per month.
