Card My Yard offers professional lawn care services that allow you to spend more time with family or on other activities. Our franchisees are able to offer high quality lawn care services at affordable prices because we use the latest technology in our trucks and equipment. We hire only the best people who have an eye for detail and love working outside. All of our employees go through thorough training before they start working so that you always get consistent results from us no matter which one of our franchise owners does the work for you. We also offer a variety of products such as mulch, soil, fertilizer, tree removal and stump grinding services so that we can help keep your property looking its very best every year!

Card My Yard Franchising, LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas in May 2017. Their principal business address is 2009 Ranch Road 620 N, Suite 310, Austin, TX 78734. They first began offering franchises for Card My Yard businesses in June 2017.

Royalties : 25% of your Gross Sales

Royalties : Currently $0. If implemented, an amount equal to the greater of: (a) one percent (1%) of the Card My Yard business? monthly Gross Sales or (b) $20 per month

Royalties : 2% of your Gross Sales must be spent on local marketing. No advertising cooperatives have been established as of the date of this disclosure document, but if established, you will be required to contribute at least 1%, but not more than 2%, of your Gross Sales to such Cooperative. Any amounts you contribute to your Cooperative will be applied to satisfy a portion of your local advertising requirements.
