OpenWorks is a commercial janitorial services company that offers its clients a variety of cleaning and maintenance services. We are the premiere provider of commercial, industrial, and residential service in the area. Our team has years of experience across all types of office environments including banking institutions, medical offices, retail spaces, restaurants and more.

Commercial janitorial services are a fragmented industry and there is little innovation. OpenWorks will offer commercial janitorial services using an innovative business model that has never been used before in this industry. The solution is to use a franchisee-based model, where franchises can be purchased for $100k and the franchisor (OpenWorks) provides support for the franchisees through training, marketing materials, etc. This new approach allows us to scale up quickly with minimal overhead costs as we build our brand recognition within the market. In addition, it allows each of our franchise owners to focus on their own territory rather than having them contend with national contracts from other companies that have higher prices and limited flexibility in pricing structure or service offerings. Our business plan calls for us to open 200 locations over the next 5 years while maintaining gross margins above 50%.

 OpenWorks was incorporated in Arizona on June 5, 1987, and also did business under the names O.P.E.N. America, O.P.E.N. Cleaning Systems, O.P.E.N. of Arizona, O.P.E.N. of California and O.P.E.N. of Washington. In March 2000, OpenWorks began doing business under the name OpenWorks.
