Recycled Granite is a franchise opportunity for the operation of a granite and stone recycling business that re-purposes granite and stone remnants by turning them into different size products and selling them to architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners for construction or remodeling projects. This is an environmentally friendly business that eliminates landfill waste, saves energy, makes products using proprietary equipment, creates jobs under the name Recycled Granite(TM).

The construction and remodeling industries create a lot of waste that often ends up in landfills. Not only is this bad for the environment, but it also costs money to dispose of this waste properly. Recycled Granite offers a unique solution that not only benefits the environment, but also saves money and creates jobs. We recycle granite and stone remnants into different size products, which are sold to architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners for construction and remodeling projects.

Recycled Granite Franchise, LLC is an Indiana limited liability company, incorporated on May 29, 2015. They do business under the same name as their corporate name “Recycled Granite Franchise, LLC” and may also use the name “Recycled Granite”, “Recycled Granite Eco Shop” or “My Choice Recycling”. Their principal business address is 8348 Heron Lake Road, Saint John, Indiana 46373.

The Initial Franchise Fee is $15,000 to complement an existing business with a Recycled Granite™ business (“Complementary Model”) or for a new startup business (“Standard Model”) with protected rights to operate in a specific area as defined by the franchisor. Additional franchises may be available for those franchisees who have bought at least one franchise, at a reduced fee of $10,000 per Franchise. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Recycled Granite™ franchise ranges from $44,150 to $55,425 for a Complementary Model and from $48,200 to $76,425 for a Standard Model which will depend on a number of factors which are further discussed in Item 7. These figures include the Initial Franchise Fee of $15,000 for either a Complementary Model or a Standard Model (as discussed in Item 5) that must be paid to the Franchisor or its affiliate.
