Redline Athletics

RedLine Athletics is a training center for athletes, with a focus on ages 8-18. Our Regional Developers will recruit prospective Locations and provide them with the opportunity to join our Network of Centers. RedLine's goal is to help young athletes develop their skills in order to reach their full potential as an athlete and person, while maintaining a safe environment that promotes health and wellness. We have certified coaches, trainers, physical therapists, doctors and nutritionists who can all offer professional guidance during this crucial time in an athlete's life.

The average child spends 7.5 hours each day watching TV or playing video games. This sedentary behavior is a huge problem for the health and fitness of our youth. Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and quadrupled in adolescents over the past 30 years, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Children who are overweight or obese have a higher risk of becoming obese adults with serious health problems such as heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke and certain types of cancer.
