Engineering for Kids

Engineering for Kids educates and inspires children to explore STEM fields. We provide seminars, classes, camps, workshops, conferences, and programs in the fields of math, science technology engineering. By teaching kids about STEM subjects at an early age we hope to inspire a love for these subjects that will last a lifetime. Along with this focus on education Engineering For Kids also works to help develop tomorrow's leaders in the field by giving young people the opportunity to participate in hands-on activities led by industry professionals.

Engineering is a great career choice, but it is not something that most students are exposed to at an early age. Students who have engineering experiences in high school and college are more likely to pursue this field as their career. There are many programs out there for kids, but they cost money and time; which can be hard for parents with busy schedules. Engineering For Kids has made it easy by offering free educational programs for schools across the country! By providing teachers with fun hands-on activities, we're exposing thousands of young minds to engineering concepts every year. Our program has been featured on NPR's All Things Considered and The Huffington Post. We've also received grants from Google & Intel Corporation because of our innovative approach to teaching STEM (Science Technology Engineering Math) concepts through real world problem solving situations!

EK Franchising Company is a corporation formed in The Commonwealth of Virginia on July 27, 2010. Their principal business address is 1320 Central Park Boulevard, Suite 201, Fredericksburg, Virginia 22401. They began to offer franchises for Engineering for Kids Businesses in September 2011.
