The Egoscue Method is a science-based, evidence-informed approach to healing chronic pain and disabling conditions. The method uses the body's natural ability to heal itself by restoring and improving mobility and function through movement and proper body alignment (posture) without the use of drugs or surgery.

Success Through Fitness, Inc. was incorporated in California on April 30, 1986. We opened the first Company owned clinic (“Clinic”) which used The Egoscue Method (sometimes referred to in this Disclosure Document as “Method”) in 1986 and operated it continuously until 1989, when we licensed the operations of the Clinic to our sister company, The Egoscue Method, Inc., a California corporation, while we maintained all administrative service responsibilities together with all intellectual property related to the Method. On October 1, 2008, the corporate name Success Through Fitness, Inc. was changed to Egoscue, Inc.
