Company Background
Core Progression Businesses are committed to bringing fitness and wellness into the lives of others. This is accomplished by providing our members with group fitness classes, personalized training plans, nutrition coaching, and more. Core Progression Businesses offer a variety of services so that any individual can find what they need to achieve their goals in life. Our mission is to be the leading provider of fitness solutions for people who want it all--to be healthy, happy, confident individuals who have endless possibilities for success in every aspect of their lives.
Franchise Opportunity
Gyms and fitness studios can be expensive, and many people don't have the time or money to join a traditional gym. Not only are gyms and fitness studios expensive, but they're often inconvenient. They require long-term contracts, they're typically closed during the day when most people are working, and they can be quite far from your home or office. Core Progression businesses provide an affordable, convenient alternative to traditional gyms. Our memberships are month-to-month with no contract required, and our classes are offered in the evenings and on weekends so you can fit them into your busy schedule. Plus, we have locations all across the city so there's bound to be one near you.
Corporate Structure
We are a California limited liability company formed on July 31, 2017. We do business under our company name and the “Hardcore Fitness Boot Camp” name. Our principal business address is 43941 15th St. West, Lancaster, CA 93534. Our agent for service of process in California is Nicole Nolan at the same address. If we register our franchise offering in other states. Exhibit E to this disclosure document lists our agents for service of process in those states.
Investment and Franchisee Fees
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Gym is $268,500 to $743,300. This includes $53,500 to $64,500 that must be paid to us and our affiliates.
