Launch Trampoline Park

Launch Trampoline Park is a place of endless fun for all ages! We have over 40 interconnected trampolines that form one giant jumping surface, designated jump areas for kids' play and dodgeball, a foam pit, arcade area with games like air hockey and basketball shootouts. There's also an on-site caf? serving drinks and snacks to refuel after an intense workout.

The average age of a kid today is 9 years old. They're more active than ever, but they're also glued to their screens and devices. We don't want kids living in front of TVs or computers anymore! And we certainly don't want them getting injured while playing on the streets with their friends. Launch Trampoline Park is an indoor sports and family entertainment facility that features large interconnected trampolines that form a giant jumping surface, designated jump areas for kid's play and dodgeball, a foam pit, arcade area caf?, and other competitive attractions like ninja course challenges. Our goal is to get kids off the couch using our safe equipment designed for fun physical activity in an exciting atmosphere where parents can feel comfortable about letting their children have fun!

We are a Delaware limited liability company, formed on May 13, 2013. We do business under our corporate name and under the name 'Launch Park.' We also previously operated under the name 'Launch Trampoline Park.' Our principal business address is 920 Bald Hill Road Warwick, Rhode Island 02886. Our agents for service of process are listed in Exhibit A. We are engaged in the business of granting and supporting franchises to franchisees under the 'Launch Trampoline Park' trade name and trademark or the name 'Launch Park.' We have no other business activities. We began offering franchises in August 2013. We have never offered franchises in this or any other line of business. We currently are the sole supplier for certain required merchandise you must sell in your Franchised Business, including jump socks, tee shirts, wristbands, and other Launch branded merchandise.
