We grant you the right to operate a CROOKED PINT ALE HOUSE Restaurant. Your Restaurant will have a unique urban pub theme in a casual/fast casual restaurant environment, and will offer on-premises dining and carry-out and offer for sale a wide assortment of beer, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, and other products and beverages. In some instances, you may operate the Restaurant under an alternative Mark as further described in Items 1 and 13 of this Disclosure Document.

Crooked Pint Ale House is a one-of-a-kind restaurant and pub that allows you to operate your own business. With the help of Crooked Pint, we will provide you with everything needed to do so: all of our recipes, training materials, marketing support and more. In return, we ask for a percentage of sales as well as an initial investment from you.
