As used in the circular, "you" means the franchisee under the attached License Agreement. Schoop's Enterprises, Inc. ("Schoop's Enterprises") is an Indiana for profit corporation which maintains its principal place of business at 215 Ridge Road, Munster, Indiana 46321. It does business under that name and its business is the licensing of "Schoop's Hamburgers" restaurants. Schoop's Enterprises has been given the right to license "Schoop's Hamburgers" restaurants in the state of Indiana and has the authority to grant Licensees the right to operate restaurants under the name "Schoop's Hamburgers" and further authorizes the use of the name of Schoop, Schoop's and all associated names and descriptions. Schoop's Enterprises does not operate "Schoop's Hamburgers" restaurants. Its agent for service of process is Richard Newell, 1417 Wilderness Drive, Schererville, IN 46375 and The Indiana Secretary of State, 201 State House, 200 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Each "Schoop's Hamburgers" restaurant offers a uniform limited menu. Hamburgers are featured in various sizes and descriptions from simple hamburgers to special cheeseburgers. Schoop's Enterprises was established in 1984 specifically for the purpose of selling licenses for "Schoop's Hamburgers" restaurants. There are no predecessors of Schoop's Enterprises but its authority to offer Licenses is from Schoop Hamburgers, Inc., another Indiana corporation which has roots going back to the late 1940's, was operated as a family proprietorship from 1964 to 1970 and has operated as an Indiana corporation since that time. Schoop Hamburgers, Inc. granted its first license to operate a restaurant in 1982.
