Yogis Grill is the first Japanese grill restaurant franchise. Our mission is to provide high-quality cuisine at reasonable prices for everyone, and our unique value proposition is that we are a healthy alternative to other restaurants. The franchises described in this document are for the operation of YOGIS GRILL Restaurants offering high-quality Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices. Yogis Grill is a unique restaurant concept that combines the best of both worlds, namely; traditional Japanese food and American casual dining. Our restaurants offer an extensive menu with over 60 items including appetizers, soups, salads, rice and noodle dishes, hibachi entrees and desserts. We also have a full bar featuring beer on tap as well as wine by the glass or bottle. We are an Arizona corporation incorporated on June 27, 2007 to franchise and administer businesses ("Restaurants") using the mark YOGIS GRILL. We do not do business under any other name and Our principal business address is 1130 Grove Avenue, Suite 104, Mesa, AZ, 85210; telephone (949) 922 1245. Our agents for service of process are listed on Exhibit E.

The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of each franchise is $244,550 to $513,850. This includes $30,000 that must be paid to the franchisor. If You are an Area Developer, You are required to pay Us a nonrefundable Development Fee equal to the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Required Restaurant plus $10,000 for each additional Required Restaurant
