CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a retail store and cafe concept offering bubble tea, brewed tea, coffee, juices, smoothies, other hot and cold beverages. The Company offers franchises to own and operate their own 3 unit stores under the "CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice" name.

We were organized in Samoa on October 31, 2014 as a Samoan private limited company. Our registered business address is 2nd Floor, Building B, SNPF Plaza, Savalalo, Apia, Samoa. We operate from our offices located at Office 1230, Unit 1201 05, 12/F, China Resources Building, No.26 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. We do business under our corporate name and under the “CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice” name. We do not currently own any Stores (defined below), though we may do so in the future. We began offering franchises for Stores in the United States as of December 2016 but have offered franchises for Stores outside the United States since our inception. We have never offered franchises for any other concepts, but we may do so in the future. We disclose our agents for service of process in Exhibit A.
