The problem is that people love hot dogs and there are no good hot dog restaurants in your area. There are many problems with existing hot dog restaurants, such as low quality food, high prices, long lines and bad service. We have a solution for all of these issues. JOJO'SGRILL-A-DOG(R) Outlets will provide the best tasting food at affordable prices. Our focus on customer service means you won't have to wait in line for long periods of time or deal with rude employees like other establishments often do (and we're not talking about fast food places). And our secret sauce recipe makes our dogs even better than those from other restaurants!

We are a California limited liability company formed on March 8, 2017 to franchise and administer businesses ("Outlets") using the mark JOJO'S GRILL A DOG. We do not do business under any other name and Our principal business address is 27471 San Bernardino Ave #210, Redlands, CA 92374; tel: (909) 797 2444. Our agents for service of process are listed on Exhibit E.
Investment and Franchisee Fees
The estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of an Outlet is $233,500 to $468,900. This includes $35,000 that must be paid to the franchisor. If You are an Area Developer, You are required to pay Us a nonrefundable Development Fee equal to the Initial Franchise Fee for the first Required Outlet plus $10,000 for each additional Required Outlet
