We also own and operate a, Yang’s' Braised Chicken Rice Restaurant that we opened in September 2017 in Tustin, California. Under a separate disclosure; document, we also offer qualified individuals (“Area Representatives”) the right to operate an area representative business (the “Area Representative. Business”) offering, qualifying and supporting Restaurant franchisees within a defined territory. Depending on the location of your Restaurant or designated territory, we may have an existing, or future Area Representative that as.sist.s us with your Restaurant. We began offering franchises in April 2018.
